Billing
Billing in Actualog can mean two different work areas.
Company billing
Use Company Workspace → Subscription & Billing when you want to manage the selected company’s subscription, invoices, payments, and consumption limits.
Company billing answers questions such as:
- what plan does this company use?
- where are this company’s invoices?
- what payments were captured or failed?
- which limits are close to capacity?
- can this company use API, exports, feeds, or other plan features?
Start with Subscription & Billing.
Application Admin billing
Application Admin billing pages are for platform-level billing administration. They are used to review or operate billing data across companies when the user is an Application Administrator.
Ordinary company users should not use Application Admin billing pages for their company tasks.
